I have been a carpenter for 20 years and have spent the past 10 months as part of the Aldridge Construction team. With decades of hands-on experience, I enjoy the precision and creativity that carpentry requires and take pride in seeing each project come together.
In my spare time, I like to build crafts, which allows me to explore new ideas and keep my skills sharp outside of work.
Colby Valenzuela
I enjoy being part of a team that supports our clients and makes a positive impact on their day. Whether it’s helping them navigate a situation or simply being there when needed, I take pride in providing a reliable and uplifting experience.
Outside of work, I like spending time with friends, working outdoors, and building and customizing trucks, along with running a small detailing business that keeps me hands-on and creative.
Isaiah Castro
What I enjoy most about working in construction is that every day brings something new to learn and experience. From painting the exterior of a home to pouring concrete, no two days are the same, which keeps the work exciting and rewarding.
I’m especially proud of a project where we built dry racks for a greenhouse in Lancaster, a completely new experience for me that came together beautifully in the end. Outside of work, I look forward to continuing to grow in the industry and building my skills with each new challenge.
